: Transferring data from a different system

There is currently no way to automatically transfer your data from a different system. This is due to the fact that our database structure is very different from the normal structure, since Website Toolbox must accommodate thousands of customers.

In some cases our technicians may be able to manually import all or part of your data one record at a time. There is a flat fee of $24.95, plus $0.19 per record imported. The maximum cost is $249, regardless of the number of records which need to be imported. You may contact Customer Support to determine if it is possible to import your data using this method. The ability to import your data largely depends on the format it is given to us in. An SQL format is preferred, other formats may not be importable or may have a higher cost associated with them.

As an alternative, you can copy/paste all of the previous data into your new account.
