: User backups and exporting data

Website Toolbox can provide an export of your data for the message board system upon request for a $100 fee. The fee must be charged because exporting the data requires a technician to manually go into the database and extract your message board data, which is a time consuming and complex process.

Important Notes:

• The data will be exported in CSV (Excel) format.
• The data can be exported in XML or SQL format upon request.
• Data related to uploaded files using the file uploading utility requires a separate $75 fee to export.
• There is no refund for this service.
• There is no guarantee that the data will be useful or that the data will match the format for your particular task.
• We can export the data for your members list for free.
