: How do I change the length that my membership will renew for?
You can have your recurring membership renew for a different membership length than the one you initially purchased. For example, you could have initially purchased a 6 month membership and now want to renew for a 1 year membership.
Please follow the directions below to change your membership renewal length:
- Login to your Website Toolbox account.
- Click the Billing Summary link in the menu to the left.
- Click
 image next to the membership you would like to change.
- Select a new membership length in the dropdown box that appears.
- Your changes will automatically be saved and the page will reload.
- The resulting page should show the new membership information you selected.
The above process will tell the system to renew your membership for the specified membership length when your membership expires. However, if the Status column next to the membership says "Not Recurring" that means your membership will not automatically be renewed and you should either activate automatic renewal for the membership or make your purchase manually by following these instructions.
